Chalet 87
is a single storey chalet in a prime front row position with spectacular sea views on the Winterton Valley Estate.
The chalet is compact and sleeps 2/3 adults max and up to 2 dogs welcome.
The space
The well equipped kitchen area ( installed Jan 24) includes a fridge freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher, a two ring induction hob, kettle, toaster, a small Ninja air fryer as well as a washing machine tucked away in the airing cupboard.
There is an open plan living area with a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, a Smart TV (you can log in to your Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts etc) and digital radio as well as a dining table with seating for 4.
Next to the TV there is a mobile data router which you can sign into to save using up your data.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 side tables, a cube storage unit and hanging hooks on the wall. It has glorious sea views.
Bedroom 2 has a small double bed, a bedside locker, a storage unit with baskets and hanging hooks on the wall. Views over the green and towards the car park beyond.
The bathroom includes an electric walk in shower and a wash basin and WC. There is a storage cupboard and a wall mounted body wash and shampoo dispenser.
There is no enclosed outside area as you walk straight from the chalet across the grass and onto the dunes. There are two comfy armchairs and a bench to sit on outside to admire the view.
Electric heaters for all rooms can be found in the airing cupboard.
Parking is in the car park directly behind the chalet.
